A forum, Damien it what it's name suggests, I am sorry we appear to disagree on that premise, but I didn't start this nor do I wish to prolong it.

Lets have some fun, prolong the agony and bare the issues .....

From a personal point of view I have no issue with nudity in public even it was a close relative provided he/she is an adult and wasn't coerced so.

Having just Googled "UK law regarding nudity in a public place" it would appear that as usual the law is an ass .....  however it seems that being naked in a public place as such isn't an offence however if you are deliberately whipping out your bits for all to wonder at then you may get your collar felt. You of course being naked can cause a public nuisance, dare I say it an obstruction and again you could fall foul of the law.

To get abreast of matters if indeed a photographer is posing a model who is revealing parts of him/ herself in a public place that could offend public decency then they could find themselves at the wrong end of the law for example if a member of the public complained.

Bare affrontery? For me personally no but if a photographer poses a model as such in  a public place has to be prepared to take criticism and may have to defend him/herself in front of the local magistrate.
