Hi all,

Just wanted to say hello to all.

I became a member of the SWPP just before Xmas and attended the convention last month. I am wanting to start my own business in photography in the next 12 months and want to thank SWPP for their many exciting offers, opportunities and doorways into the business (and fun!) of photography.

Admittedly I am suffering from info overload at present (which to do first? Forums, MentorMe, Competitions, my own wish list etc.) but I am looking forward to the journey ahead.

Any advice or pointers in the right direction would be most welcome.

Regards,
Craig

Hi all,
I just arrived on the forums and, of course, I am being flooded with new infos, it will take me a while to read all the forums Smiley. Firstly, I thought it would be nice to say hello to all of you. partybeer
I am Cosmin from Romania, 39 yo, male, I've been working for about 13 years in the photo finishing industry ( Kodak Express Romania and FotoStop Ltd. UK- R.O. Ireland) and 3 years in the States, as a proffessional photographer in the cruise industry. This job sort of ruined my creativity which I am striving  to improve right now, that's the main reason for being here with you. Right now, I'm a member of WPPI, a member of AAFR (Romanian Photographers' Association) and I just became an International member of SWPP. I mainly do weddings and family portraiture, I am working from home right now, but I am planning to starting my own studio this year.
As far as I can see, you all are a nice bunch of people, so hopefully I'll spend many many pleasant hours here with you all on these friendly forums.
Thank you all in advance for your help and advice.

Regards,
Cosmin - Romania
